Excellent location, close to beach and restaurants/bars. Very good breakfast. Good sized rooms with fridge and Nespresso machine. Great beach facilities.

The hotel had gorgeous facilities and was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. the pool was well-maintained and had comfortable lounge chairs. the staff went above and beyond, providing a birthday surprise and assisting with dinner reservations.
We were disappointed with our room, as it did not match the pictures online and was in need of refurbishment. the prices for food and drinks were high, but expected given the location.

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to many golf courses and in the center of vale. It is also just a short distance from the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The refurbished bedrooms are light and airy, with large and comfortable beds guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfasts are excellent, offering a variety of options to start your day.
There were some minor issues with the cleanliness and the staff's customer service skills, which need improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms Isabel who was delightful to deal with. The location was good, right in the center of Vale do Lobo and close to the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a gorgeous pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beautiful beach. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and everything in the rooms worked perfectly.

This hotel offers an exclusive and luxurious experience that surpasses all expectations. the outdoor swimming pool is extremely inviting, especially with the comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas that were always available. the Spa & wellness centre offers top-notch body scrubs and full body massages, with a variety of beauty treatments that left us feeling refreshed. the restaurant's buffet breakfast is simply amazing, with its delectable pastry selection and freshly prepared omelets.
The only minor issue was with the poolside service that was not up to par, as we observed dirty glasses and remnants of lunch that were not cleared away causing it to appear untidy. this was easily resolved by taking our sun loungers down to the beach, which was just as lovely!
